I truly believe business coaching & mentoring is one of the most important investments you make as a business owner (I have a business coach myself).  When I moved into the area of coaching & mentoring, I was fully committed to putting in the investment, time and energy to become an expert, and pulling together all my experience to be a qualified coach through the ICF accredited courses with The Coaching Academy, and as a mentor with Oxford Brookes University Business School.

 

I have continued my professional development through CPD, becoming Disc accredited and was also one of the founder alumni mentors with the Peter Jones Foundation supporting young people in enterprise.

 

Drawing on a wealth of first-hand knowledge and skills gained over two decades of a career in several sectors of the event industry, I have worked with, and managed, a plethora of different companies and personalities. In doing so I’ve gained a deep understanding of my clients, and their journeys, before expanding into the vital area of helping business owners fulfil their potential and lead the life that they want and deserve.

In 2006 I successfully created and grew a corporate event management agency Eventuality Events, which turned over £600k in its first year of trading working with a wealth of companies such as Boden, RBS, Prudential, Coutts, Brewin Dolphin, Lloyds, HSBC, Audi, BP to name a few. Along the way, I have also set up a few other businesses, including Hever Castle Swimming during covid.  I also run MIB (Mums in Business) Network.
