Ali Tait is a qualified business coach, mentor, and strategist who helps ambitious business owners thrive in both life and business. With 34 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, she brings a unique blend of strategy, energy, and real-world know-how to everything she does.
After building a thriving career in the events industry – including founding a profitable agency in 2006 with clients such as Boden, Coutts, and Lloyds – Ali went on to co-found Hever Castle Open Water Swimming during lockdown, founded Ali Tait Coaching, and led Mums in Business Network until recently. Alongside Ali Tait Coaching, Ali has recently co-founded Eventrium, which supports the UK events industry through a membership hub, masterclasses, masterminds, consultancy and strategic growth support – sitting under the Kershaw & Partners brand, who are the number one advisors to the UK event industry.
Ali works with people at every stage of business – from those just starting out and solopreneurs, to multi-seven-figure enterprises. A solo mum to two teenagers, she knows what it takes to juggle life and business, and is passionate about helping others create the freedom, focus, and confidence to thrive.
